W8 Travel Information

W8 is held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on the outskirts of Birmingham.  The NEC has fantastic transport links whether you are travelling by Road, Rail or Air.

Road:

The NEC has major road links and plenty of parking. (please note parking charges apply)

We would advice you take one of two main routes.
M42: leave at Junction 6 and follow signs from the NEC.
M6: leave at Junction 4 or 4a and head for the NEC via Junction 6 of the M42.

Using Satellite Navigation?
If you are using satellite navigation, the post code of the NEC is B40 1NT. Please note, this postcode does not accurately specify the location of any car parks. Once you are able to you should use the available signage to direct you to parking.

Rail

Visiting the NEC via rail is very simple. Birmingham International railway station is located within the NEC. Trains are available direct from London Euston station approximately every 30mins. There also a direct service running from Birmingham New Street (Central Birmingham's railway station).
 

Air

Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is linked to the NEC by the free SkyRail, departing every few minutes and taking just 90 seconds.

There is plenty of accommodation in the proximity of the NEC. This does tend to get booked quickly so we advice you book as far in advance as possible. Please click here for hotels in the Birmingham area.
