More 'Choose & Use' information sheets for builders
TRADA and wood for good (wfg) have added two new topics to their successful series of 'Choose & Use' timber information sheets aimed at the general builder, called Engineered wood products and External wood cladding.
The 'Choose & Use' sheets, launched earlier this year, are available exclusively to members of TRADA and wfg. Based on market research among merchant members, the sheets have been designed to help merchants guide their customers in making the right choice of timber materials.
Each sheet can be downloaded in a PDF format from www.trada.co.uk/techinfo/chooseanduse (TRADA members only). Other topics in the series include Treated timber, Wood based sheet materials, Timber species and Storing timber and wood-based products on building sites.
Additional sheets are being developed, to be released throughout the year.
