"YOU ARE HERE" BOARDS 
The 'You are Here' light boxes (YAH boards) are used to guide thousands of visitors around the halls. One double sided lightbox will be located inside each entrance. Sponsors get the profile of 1 large colour logo and stand number on the upper right hand of the YAH Board
and highlighting of the sponsors stand You can sponsor individual
entrances at £700 each




FLOOR TILES
These provide visitors with additional directional signs. We have to limit availability of these tiles so call today to discuss the location of your tile(s).
£295 per 1m x 1m floortile, including artwork, production, and fitting.




BANNER SITES
The large banner sites are a high profile promotion of your presence at W8. They are highly visible from long distances with just 10 available
per hall. The price for each banner site includes the artwork and production of one 13m x 2.5m 4-colour banner (extra charge for full colour) and rigging into position.
£1,200 per banner.



CARRIER BAG BRANDING
Exhibitors carrier bags may be distributed at an entrance. Exhibitor must agreeing format, artwork and quantity with the W8 organisers.
Distribution rights cost £1,000 per entrance


CARRIER BAG INSERTS
Subject to agreement with the W8 organisers 3 separate pieces of literature may be placed in carrier bags across the show. Sponsors are responsible for all production costs and literature up to A4 size and less than 10pp is likely to be acceptable.
Distribution costs are £750 per type

LANYARD BADGE HOLDERS
One exhibiting company may purchase the distribution rights for Lanyards which will be handed out to visitors at the entrances. Lanyards are to be supplied by the Sponsors and are subject to agreement of samples and artwork by the W8 organisers. A minimum of 15,000 lanyards must be supplied.

REGISTRATION PENS
Distribution rights for branded registration pens available for visitor use at each entrance. Sponsors will agree sample pens with the W8 organisers who will also approve artwork.
Distribution rights cost £500 across the show. Sponsors to meet all costs of the pens




LITERATURE ON ENTRANCE COUNTER
Place an item of literature on the entrance counter in a prominent position. Only 3 pieces of literature per entrance.
£500 per type per entrance.

Strategically located in and around the NEC both the standard and back illuminated sites provide your company with excellent exposure.

A PACKS

CUT–OUTS
These are shaped adverts that can be placed strategically along the road network, pathways, car parks and by the main entrance. They never fail to make the visitor 'double take'.

CONVENIENCE ADVERTISING
These are A4 poster frames positioned in both the men's and women's washrooms. They guarantee being noticed by a captive audience. The majority, if not all visitors will use this facility.

SHUTTLE BUS DVD ADVERTS
The 10 NEC Shuttle Buses now are installed with DVD players and monitors running visitor and Box office information. Visitors spend an average of 5–8 minutes on these buses that transport them from the many car parks onsite to the exhibition halls. The show reel runs for approximately 3 minutes on a loop with no more than 90 seconds of advertising at any one time.

We can accept video footage of 24fps, in QuickTime or AVI format. The DVD will be exported as a PAL video file.

Situated above the windows these are an ideal opportunity to capture the audience on route to/from the car parks/halls. 10 Posters per bus.

With appox 15–20 dispensers per bus this is a perfect opportunity to get a detailed or specific message across to the
